REFUSAL TO TRANSPORT

Refusal to Transport – Removal of Passenger

The carrier will refuse to transport, or will remove any passenger at any point for any of the following reasons:

  1. Government Requests, Regulations and Force Majeure
  2. Refuses to permit Search of Passenger and Property
  3. Failure to provide Proof of Identity/Age
  4. Immigration or Other Similar Considerations
  5. Failure to pay, when passengers have not paid the appropriate fare for a booking, baggage or applicable service charges.
  6. Failure to Comply with Carrier’s Rules and Regulations
  7. Passenger’s Condition or behaviour
  8. Failure to Provide a Suitable Escort
